1Your Account

• Give true and complete information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account.
• A parent account can add students and buy courses and tests for them. A student under 18 should use Nobin with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at once at [email protected].

2Courses, Tests and Access

• When you buy a course, test or challenge, you get access to it for the period shown on its page, for your own personal use.
• We may improve, update or replace questions and lessons during your access period.
• Our tests are for practice: they help you prepare, but we cannot promise a particular score, admission or result in a real exam.

3Prices and Payment

• Prices are shown on the website before you buy. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect an order you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed by SSLCommerz. You can pay with debit and credit cards, mobile banking or internet banking. We never see or store your card number, PIN or OTP.
• Before you pay, you are asked to agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy. Your order is confirmed once SSLCommerz confirms your payment.

4Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel a purchase and get your money back as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.

5Using Nobin Fairly

You must not:

• share your account, or let someone else take tests or challenges for you;
• copy, record, sell or publish our questions, answers, lessons or other content;
• cheat in a challenge or try to get around its rules;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website.

6Our Content

The questions, lessons, explanations, designs and other content on nobin.com belong to Nobin or to those who license them to us. Buying access lets you use them on nobin.com for your own learning; it does not give you any other right to them.

Names of exams such as the SAT and the SHSAT belong to their owners, who are not connected with Nobin and do not endorse it.

7Challenges and Prizes

Challenges such as the Scholars Challenge also have their own rules, shown on their pages. If those rules and these terms differ, the challenge’s rules apply to that challenge.

8Suspending an Account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9Availability and Liability

We work to keep nobin.com available and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems we cannot control. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page; if the changes are important, we will tell you by email or on the website.
